The ambiance was beautiful and the views were stunning, especially during sunset. However, the restaurant experience felt rushed, and I was asked to leave my table prematurely, which diminished the overall enjoyment of my meal. While the food was fantastic, the service could benefit from a more relaxed approach, ensuring guests can fully savor their dining experience.

The views from Casa Kimberly are simply breathtaking, especially during sunset—it felt like a dream. The food consistently impressed me. every meal was delicious, and the private dining service made special occasions even better. I loved the outdoor jacuzzi in the VIP suite, where I could relax while taking in the stunning scenery. The decor stands out for its elegance and attention to detail, creating a perfectly charming atmosphere. However, the restaurant staff were not as attentive as expected during dinner. I had to get up from my table to order another drink, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the noise from the restaurant could be intrusive at times, especially during busy hours. Overall, the exclusivity of the hotel with only a few rooms contributes to a more personal experience, but I think service should align better with the high prices we paid. Still, i'd easily recommend staying here for a unique and luxurious experience, just with some minor adjustments needed in service.

Staying at this stunning place felt special, especially having my teens there. The bridge connecting to the iconic home once occupied by Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton made it an exciting experience. Each meal at the top-notch restaurant added to our treasured family moments.
My kids wished for more activities for teens.

The location was ideal, close enough for leisurely walks to explore the charming old village and enjoy drinks at local spots. The boutique feel made my stay feel exclusive, and the overall ambiance was just perfect. Plus, I loved how the unique decor enhanced the staying experience, making it feel special.
Although the property was lovely, I found the stair climbs to be a bit tiring after a long day out.

Just a perfect match for a short stint in Puerto Vallarta with real value for money. I loved the elegant dining that exceeded my expectations, especially the seafood dishes. Make a reservation for dinner to avoid the wait during peak hours.
